Final (probably) email for YCLs before camp

 YCLs, Wow, camp is just over a week away! This email contains some important information as we finish up our work getting ready for camp. If you are available Tuesday-Friday 9-12, please come to the Stake Center! We will be doing all of the following (and possibly more), so we need as many hands as possible: Beads - creating, sorting, planning what beads go for what activities (this will take longer than you think it will) Schedule / songbook - copying, putting together Decorations - looking through shed to choose decorations for mess hall and campsite lodges Pods - we will be putting girls in their pods - you know these girls, so your help with this is invaluable Gathering supplies - organizing what we are bringing to make sure we (hopefully) don't forget anything. This includes going through the closet to see what we have already - particularly for crafts Skills classes - finalize class times and create class lists Probably something else I'm not thinking of right now... YCL Meeting Notes 6/11/22

  YCLs, Thanks to all who came to the meeting yesterday! We were able to coordinate lots of aspects of camp in order to begin finalizing our plans. Here are the notes from the meeting: Finalized T-Shirt Design Our t-shirt committee did a great job of creating our t-shirt logo. The shirts are in the process of being made and should be ready before camp! ​   D19747 Erin Presley YW Camp PROOF.jpg ​ Semi-Finalized Schedule At our May meeting we created the schedule. Because it was so tight, we have tweaked it a little bit.  Here is what it looks like right now  (keep in mind, we may shift things as needed).  Finalizing the rest of our plans Each committee needs to have detailed finalized plans this week, so that we can gather supplies, go shopping for supplies, finalize our schedule, and finish all of our planning. Final Meeting Reminder

YCLs,  Our last official meeting before camp is on Saturday! Here are some things for you to do before the meeting:  Come ready to finalize all details from your committees. Meaning, you need to bring shopping lists, detailed plans for lessons, teachers, supplies needed, basically anything necessary to make your parts of camp happen.  Pray daily for inspiration as we finish out our camp plans  If you will not be at this meeting, LET ME KNOW!! We will be letting you know who you will be working with in your "pods".  We are in the home stretch, but there is still so much to do to make camp happen! The week after school gets out (which is also the last week before camp) please plan on spending a good amount of time finishing up things for camp. YCL Camp Kickoff - Final Plans

  YCLs, Camp Kickoff is on Saturday!!! YCL Meeting at 9am, Kickoff 10:30-12:00 at the Stake Center.  All YCLs are expected to attend.  If you will be unable to attend, you need to reach out directly to me and let me know (particularly if you haven't participated in any of the meetings so far),  or you will be attending camp as a camper, not a YCL . YCL ACTION REQUIRED

 YCLs, Camp kickoff is just around the corner!! We need ALL YCLs to respond to the  Camp Kickoff Survey  by FRIDAY to let us know what stations you want to work at. Sister Padilla and I will finalize who is teaching each station next weekend, and let you know. Also, we may be baking cookies for Kickoff on Friday night, May 20th. More info coming soon! You guys wanted to make a bead at camp kickoff. The suggestions we had were a "cookie" bead or a "football T" bead. I don't have an idea for the football T, but we can still do it if someone has a good idea.  Please vote on which one you want  by FRIDAY so that I have time to get the supplies! Also, we wanted a station on "Simplify Your Life". We need ideas for this! Text or email me with ideas by FRIDAY. April YCL Meeting Notes & Homework

  Hello YCLs! Thank you for coming to our meeting! You did such a fantastic job planning   CAMP KICK OFF ! We have a few planning details to complete so please take this week to fill out the google forms by May 2 so we can start prepping! HOMEWORK Please participate in our YCL meetings or on these forms to have your ideas included. We want to hear from every YCL! Loose quote--"Revelation is scattered among us" :) 1.  Fill out  the following forms: ATTENDANCE : This is a requirement for all YCLs every month. If you are unable to attend the meetings, you still get credit for "attending" by letting me know what you are doing to help with our planning! Anyone who is not participating in the planning, will not be allowed to come to camp as a YCL (though they will still be welcome to come as a camper!)   Our Wonderful YCLs, Wow, it was such a great meeting on Friday night! Thanks to all who came, we had some great discussions about camp! I'll start with the "homework" reminders for everyone, and below that the notes from the meeting.   If you were unable to attend, it is imperative that you read the whole email!  (YW Leaders, you are being cc'd on this just to keep you in the loop.
